It was sunny, though cold, last Sunday. We enjoyed visiting Leo’s Tree and our walk through the park in the Golden Light.
I then felt the urge to visit our favourite place for a latté and tiramisu. CK gladly agreed. On our drive there, we saw the Angel Numbers 777 and 8888 on license plates in quick succession.
Leo was affirming his presence with us. I wasn’t able to snap a picture of the 888 car in the park, so he sent his Calling Code again.
Then, his signature sign, the LEO license plate, appeared on the car in front of us while we were crossing the bridge. “I love our family outings, Mom and Dad.”
This quaint little bookstore-cafe is very popular, and it was jam-packed upon our arrival. While CK was waiting in line to place our order, I walked around, hoping a table would become available soon. I heard CK calling me and turned around to see the one by the big glass bookcase was now vacant. It was perfect with three chairs as we always include Leo with us.
When I went over to the table, a good-looking younger man came up and asked if he could have one of the chairs. I took my bags from the one for Leo and said he could take it. Instead of moving it, he brought over an older woman who looked like his mom and she sat down beside me. Very soon, I realized he had his whole family with him.
CK came back from ordering and offered the older man his chair. We started a conversation with this East Indian couple who seemed relieved to be sitting when they were cold and tired. Our sharing revealed that we were all about the same age! Then, their daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren joined us. CK gifted them the red packets with money inside as it is a custom during the Chinese New Year. They are called “lai-sees,” meaning good luck and blessings for those who receive them.
When the daughter-in-law asked what had happened to our only child, I shared about our beloved Leo. The young woman told me she had goosebumps when I said Leo was right there with us. I had the truth shivers as well. She saw Leo’s picture and the picture of the LEO license plate. “My husband is a family doctor,” she said. That was the young man who had first asked if he could have the chair.
I never miss an opportunity to help raise awareness of what can protect young people from bacterial meningitis. It is always the right place and right people in perfect timing when the truth has to be shared. I have made it my mission to not let any family suffer the devastation of “losing” a child to the fatal meningococcal disease, especially when it is preventable.
I heard this doctor with two young kids saying the name of the vaccine “Menatra” that is now being administered to all grade 9 students in British Columbia, Canada. It is the result of our advocacy. I told him how Leo asked two MDs about the vaccines he would need to protect himself before going to university. They did not give him the information he needed. Not this doctor!
Leo continues to save lives and he speaks through me, knowing Mom is determined and fearless.
A Grand Finale!
It was late by the time we went home after dinner that night. I received an email from our dear friend Zia who’s the editor of the Leo-inspired book, “The Infinite Bond.” She sent me a picture of the cutest monkey that appeared when she was filming in a beautiful garden at a university at Victoria.
“We found this little guy in the tree. He had a big heart on his chest! Hugs and lots of love from Leo!”
Zia added, “I missed seeing your little monkey in the tree on 1/18. I think Leo must have felt this, so he put a little monkey in the tree at the other Victoria university, exactly where we would see it!”
It’s just like our Leo. He never ceases to surprise us. What a delightful gift, validating his Continuing Consciousness and his love of fun!
I know deep in my heart and soul this sign has multiple layers of meaning. Those who have read “The Infinite Bond: My Son’s Messages from across the Veil” would understand why the little monkey is so significant for us.
Our “Monkey Boy” has the biggest heart.
The Divine has been validating that this Compassionate Being I am proud to call My Son would never stop working for the highest good!
Victoria is the beautiful city where Leo went to school after accepting a four-year Scholarship of Excellence. It was where he returned to the Light in his second year of University. Zia lives in Victoria, and she has been seeing LEO license plates frequently like we do.
How do you explain our receiving these magical SnS on the same day, in different cities? Recently, it happened on my birthday and again on the Chinese New Year.
Leo can do it. He is Omnipresent and Omniscient!

My heart is so happy after reading your most recent blog entry, Mabel. Leo truly IS omnipresent and omniscient, and your beautiful story of meeting this new family, in addition to the abundant signs and synchronicities, is another demonstration of that. Can you say “Setup from Spirit?” The family you extended your kindness to just happened to include a physician and he just happened to mention Menatra. It all gives me shivers-happy shivers!

I love the monkey that your editor Zia found from Leo. He is still so playful. And helpful by sending the Dr and his family to you in the coffee shop. The license plates are always fun. Especially that you see the Leo plates all the time. Leo is always active in your lives. The evidence is overwhelming. Love to you all.
