Gifts and Miracles

We can find joy in big or small ways if we are aware. I feel that I have found joy like light shining through the cracks of my broken heart. Where there is Light, there is no darkness. It is my pleasure to share the joy with you reading my latest blog article!

Missing Leo is a big part of my life that I have come to accept and embrace on a daily basis. Our loving son knows how challenging it is and he never stops validating his divine Presence with us.

We are aware that the signs and synchronicities come in infinite ways. The music, the sunlight, the rainbows, the Angel numbers and Calling Codes on license plates, the LEO license plates, LEO signs, birds and other animals appearing, the flowers and the trees, the hearts, the clouds, the writings, and all of the different people he has brought to us…….

All in Divine Timing to say, “MOM, I am here with you and Dad. We have an Infinite Bond of Love.”

It was well before Mother’s Day when I had my second eye surgery. The parking lot was full when we arrived at the hospital and CK had to drive around a few times before finding an available spot further away. After the surgery, he was going to pick up the car so I didn’t have to walk back. I had been stationary for a few hours and decided to walk with him to the car.

The last time after surgery, we saw the car with 666 – LEO LEO LEO – just as we stepped out the front door.

This time, we were almost back to our car when suddenly CK said “Look!”

We were literally walking into the car with the 303 license plate. We are always thrilled to have Leo affirming that he’s with us. As we were driving home, we saw the 606-plated car: “LEO OH LEO!”

“MOM, I was there in the surgery room, and I am here with you and Dad.”

To honour Leo, we have been working to create a Leo Memorial Scholarship in our hometown where Leo grew up and attended school.

We tried to contact his peers. It was a joy when we heard back from one of Leo’s buddies from high school. (I will call him C here.) He has been living across the country, and we decided to meet when he told us he had returned. He and his brothers, who all knew Leo, were supportive when I was traumatized by the sudden and unexpected return to the Light of our beloved son over 12 years ago.

We had a wonderful reunion over lunch at the restaurant where we used to take Leo from the time he was a child. We know that Leo loves to bring people together and that he had reconnected us. He was right there with us. The high vibrational energy that he was charging me with was palpable. We had a heart-to-heart conversation with this beautiful young man who shared his growing pains and challenges. He is a gentle soul transitioning from one phase of his life to another. We gave him our love and best wishes. We are confident that he will succeed as he has good intentions to help young people and a loving family who has his back.

Our meeting happened to fall on Mother’s Day weekend. It was the only day C was available. It was like Leo had sent one of his peers to say: “Happy Mother’s Day!” I was grateful.

We were sharing with C that there was one of Leo’s friends from university who has also been in touch with us.

M, as I will call him here, has been blessed with lots of signs and synchronicities from our Leo. He has asked for Leo’s help frequently. Though his professional training requires him to be  left-brained, using logic and analysis, he is fully aware that they are not mere coincidences. He has experienced real miracles that have gotten him out of trouble many times.

M had to take a very difficult exam before he was called to the Bar. The night before, he was full of anxiety, and he asked Leo for help. He knew he couldn’t let his fears take over and ruin things for him. M could hardly believe what he saw soon after the exam had begun. The name of the second case was LEO!!!

He knew that all would be well when Leo came to his rescue as it had happened before. He felt so relieved, and the anxiety dissipated. He found the exam got easier and easier.

CK and I attended the event when M was called to the Bar at the courthouse recently to share his utter joy of finally becoming a solicitor. The journey has been long and arduous for him. The gifts and miracles Leo has bestowed on him have played a significant role in bolstering his confidence to overcome the barriers along the way.

Since then, M had gone away for a vacation before starting his new job. I heard from him when he sent a picture from Cuba, which was not in his original itinerary. He sent a picture of a painting he saw as he was strolling down a street. The name LEO was visible on the lower right corner.

I can recall him telling me he wouldn’t have time to drive around to ever see LEO license plates, which appear to us often. So, Leo made sure his friend could see them by placing cars with LEO plates right in front of M’s home. And the LEO on his exam paper. They all were uplifting for him and reassuring that Leo is in the celestial realm making possible what would be impossible for humans.

It was a while ago when we agreed to meet M on Mother’s Day. I contacted him a few weeks before to change the date. However, I never heard back. I was quite worried about him, and I was uncomfortable with the negative thoughts popping up at the back of my mind. I am certain Leo knows my thoughts as he always does but I wasn’t prepared for what was going to happen next.

After lunch with C at the downtown restaurant, we were walking down to the harbour front on the beautiful afternoon. It is perfect weather that makes people enjoy being outside. The golden light, the gentle breeze, and the beautiful blue sky were all shouting out “LEO is here!”  I was talking with our young friend when suddenly I heard CK calling out M’s name. We were all joyously stunned!  It could not be a coincidence and we couldn’t have planned such perfect timing. M was saying it was a route he hardly ever took to go home. So, there we were on the street with two of Leo’s buddies meeting for the first time. We were all grateful that Leo had brought us together on such a gorgeous day in our beautiful city.

We then parted ways with C to carry on with his day. M was happy with our suggestion of having a coffee and chat. We knew he was put on our path for a reason. He could forget about our meeting planned for Mother’s Day, but not Leo. We all thanked Leo for the reconnection.

I was asking for my latte to be reheated, but our server couldn’t be found. Another young server was very polite and said he would do it. I was pleasantly surprised when this young man brought me a fresh cup of coffee with a perfect heart!  It always fills my heart with joy and gratitude when young people are so respectful and helpful. It always reminds me of my son Leo!

Thank you, our precious son! I couldn’t think of a more loving and compassionate soul than you. You always find a way to make me smile. Mother’s Day is more bearable when Leo is with us showering Gifts and Miracles upon us.
